POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Customer Service Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team to ensure that customers receive the highest quality service on time, every time.  Responsible to lead and train the inside team in the daily functions that promote foundational stability and data integrity. Create and implementing Standard Operating Procedures that ensure efficient and accurate communication to customers, purchasing, production and all departments involved in accurately fulfilling the customer’s need. IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you technically minded, outgoing and enjoy helping others with their computers and applications? If so, the Lynden Door IT group may be looking for you. We are currently accepting applications to fill our full-time position of IT Support Technician. We are seeking a Junior Technologist, who has a hunger to learn, a passion for service, and a desire for a career in Information Technology. This position provides support to employees of the organization regarding a variety of issues, by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The position’s primary responsibility is to respond to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and personal requests for technical support, properly identify user issues, create support tickets, gather information, and personally resolve issues when possible, or escalate when necessary.

In addition to monitoring the Help Desk, the Support Tech will be charged with setup, installation, and tracking of technology assets distributed to employees and branches, provide basic training regarding desktop software and other IT applications, keep IT related documentation up to date, and assist with general IT administrative duties.
